I got so much done today that I wanted to keep track.

First item of the day was meeting Kim and Howard at JC Savings. Had Kim authorized access to the safety deposit box. From there we went out to Griswold Storage to get a mattress and box spring for Kim. Then the three of us had breakfast at a diner in town.

Drove to Lisbon Senior Citizens to donate wheelchair and a decorated cane. From there to Hospice of SE CT to deliver various items for them to use in their services. Next stop was US Post Office to mail safety harness to Peter Nelson out in Washington. Delivered bunch of books to mom.

Returned mattresses to Pat and Tammy. Visited brother.

Packed more stuff for Kim. Packed more clothes. Starting to see daylight in that room finally.

Managing to keep up with a half-hour on the bike each morning.

Also reconnected with Jack Kelly who now lives in southern FL. He contacted me out of the blue after 40 years! We did some catching up. He was the town planner in Jewett City when I was a reporter there. Still not sure why he contacted me after all these years. Think I will continue to contact. Liked a lot of what he had to say.
